This new engine looks amazing. I particularly like the new illumination, render scaling and tracking, and the animation matching engines. This particular demo is sample game code running on a Sony PS5 console. When next generation games come out on this engine, we are going to be in for a step-change in presentation and immersion for this level of design, coding, and gaming.
I can’t wait to see what developers, designers, and the marketplace do with these tools and this platform in the next couple of years. Enjoy the demo reel, it’s a very worthwhile watch and walkthrough.
